Faculty Guide to MUSM Libraries

The Medical Libraries offer a variety of print and electronic resources which support both the curriculum and faculty research and development. The collections include print and electronic books, journals, databases, point-of-care tools, and models.

Electronic Resources

Databases: The Libraries provide access to specialized electronic resources such as ClinicalKey, Cochrane Library, DynaMed Plus, ISI Web of Science, Search Everything, and many more.

Journals: The Libraries make over 10,000 journals available electronically through the A-to-Z eBook and eJournal List

Textbooks: Over 4,000 textbooks in various specialties (including many student primary references) are available online are available electronically through the A-to-Z eBook and eJournal List.

  • Off Campus - When you see the MUSM Authentication page below, log in using the following instructions:
  • MUSM Full-time Faculty & Staff - Mercer email username and password
  • Residents & Faculty without Mercer email account - Library account username and password

Research Compliance/Insitutional Review Board Requirements

Research compliance and IRB requirements need to go through one of three institutional processes: Mercer University, Memorial University Medical Center, or MCCG. Check with your project leader or the principle investigator to learn which of the three institutional processes you will follow.
